Shipping Policy

Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. During busy seasons, it may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience! If you need something by a specific date, reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to make it work (though we can't guarantee specific delivery dates). If there's ever a delay on our end, we'll reach out to let you know.

Shipping method

We ship primarily via USPS First Class, which doesn't include tracking. If your order is over $50 and you'd prefer a tracked or expedited method, just contact us before placing your order and we'll sort something out.

Estimated shipping times  

United States: 2-7 business days

International: 1-4 week or more, it varies by location and time of year.

These are estimates only — actual delivery times depend on the carrier and are sometimes affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customs & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Return Policies

Returns

We accept returns! Contact us within 14 days of delivery and mail items back within 21 days.

Cancelations

Need to cancel? Reach out as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll take care of it for you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Used temporary tattoos
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items

Return Conditions

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned in their original condition — if there's any loss in value due to condition, that responsibility falls on the buyer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how stressful this is — please contact us right away and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve the situation.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll get a replacement started for you.

Order Modifications

Please review your order carefully before confirming — once it's placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
