The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale
Conditions of return
Lost or Stolen Packages
In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery. We will initiate the replacement process for the damaged items.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
